FAQ

• Walk-ins welcome; pre-payments available.

• Allow 48–72 hours for a digital response. Call for immediate info.

• We only have the sizes listed above.

• In-person rentals available only when bikes are in stock.

• Rentals must be picked up at 11:00am on the rental day and returned by 10:30am the following day.

• All rentals are for approximately a 24-hour period.

• Bikes must be returned during shop hours.

• No refunds for early returns.

• No discounted rates.

• Riders must be 18+ or have a guardian present.

• We do not provide rental insurance. You are responsible for all damages.

• Rental bikes cannot be taken to Angel Fire, Glorieta, Pajarito, or out of state.

• No deliveries or pickups.

• Rentals do not include a repair kit or tire pump. A lock is available upon request.

• No pedal, component swaps, or custom bike fittings are included. Service is available at $75/hour.
